Thank you for downloading from Vectizon. This License Agreement governs the use of vector icons and related design assets available through the Vectizon subscription service. By downloading or using any asset from Vectizon, you agree to the terms of this License.

Grant of License

Vectizon grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use downloaded icons during an active subscription.

Icons may be used in an unlimited number of personal and commercial projects, including client work. This license applies to assets downloaded while your subscription is active.

Permitted Use

You may use Vectizon icons for:

websites and landing pages
SaaS dashboards and UI interfaces
mobile applications
marketing materials and advertising
social media graphics
presentations and pitch decks
digital products
client projects
print materials

Icons may be modified, recolored, resized, or combined with other elements.

Client Work

You may use icons in unlimited client projects.

However:

Raw icon files cannot be transferred to a client as a downloadable asset library.
Clients must obtain their own subscription for direct library access.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

resell icons as standalone files
redistribute icons in raw format
upload icons to public repositories or shared libraries
create a competing icon library or marketplace using Vectizon icons
include icons in stock asset bundles or template packs
share your account or download access with other people
allow others to access the library through your subscription

Icons must be used as part of a larger design project or product.

Ownership

All icons remain the intellectual property of Vectizon. This license grants usage rights but does not transfer ownership of the assets.

Disclaimer

All assets are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Vectizon is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of its assets.

Termination

This license automatically terminates if you violate its terms. Upon termination due to violation, you must stop using the assets where required by law.
